What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship with tracking using Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, Canpar, Loomis Express or DHL.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

For Canadian customers expected delivery is between 1 to 7 business days.
For USA customers expected delivery is between 1 to 2 weeks.
For International customers expected delivery is between 2 to 4 weeks.

Do you ship internationally? Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes we do. Canada Post is able to ship worldwide and P.O. Boxes are not a problem.

How Do I Track My Order?

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we do, but you must notify us ahead of time so we can put the item aside for you. We have a pickup counter in Brossard, Quebec. We don’t charge a handling fee if you do a local pickup.

Are your products brand new?

All the products we sell are brand new factory sealed. If a product is not new, it will be clearly mentioned on the website.

What is the return policy?

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item to obtain a FULL refund.

• Returned items must be in the original packaging with all the items included by the manufacturer (all manuals, accessories and bonus material).

• Restocking fees will be charged if the returned item is not in a resalable condition.

• Buyers are responsible for the return postage.

• There is no refund on these items if the original factory seal has been opened or removed: Video Games, Software, Movies & Videos, Music CD’s and LP’s, Blank Media, Batteries and Office Supply Consumables (Ink, Toners, etc.).

 • There are no refunds on service fees, delivery fees, customs fees, installation fees, books, and magazines.

What is the difference between Open Box and Used?

When we mention the product is an open box product, it means a customer purchased a brand-new product and returned the item. We then test the product to make sure it is good for resell. The product itself looks new; just the packaging is either missing or opened. When we mention the product is a used product, the item for sale has some signs of cosmetic wear. The item may be a floor model or a store return, but it is fully operational.

What are my payment options?

We do accept cash payments if you are making a local pickup. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Interac email payments and Bitcoins. No cheques.

Do you charge sales tax? Do you charge custom duties?

We collect sales taxes within Canada only (on the items being sold and on shipping charges).
For customers outside of Canada we are not responsible of any custom duties and/or fees.
