We have a pickup counter in Brossard, Quebec. If a product is not new, it will be clearly mentioned on the website.<\/span>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is the return policy?” css=””]\u2022 Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item to obtain a FULL refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Returned items must be in the original packaging with all the items included by the manufacturer (all manuals, accessories and bonus material).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Restocking fees will be charged if the returned item is not in a resalable condition.<\/span><\/p>\n

We then test the product to make sure it is good for resell. The product itself looks new; just the packaging is either missing or opened. When we mention the product is a used product, the item for sale has some signs of cosmetic wear. The item may be a floor model or a store return, but it is fully operational.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What are my payment options?” css=””]We do accept cash payments if you are making a local pickup.
